Mr. Vasseur has over twenty years of experience with existing and proposed multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and insurable value appraisals. Market / feasibilty studies have been conducted for proposed multifamily uses.
Has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economic Geography from the University of Washington. He has been employed in the professional appraisal and consulting practice, or the development industry for over twenty years. His consulting assignments have included econometric market modeling, highest and best use and feasibility studies and investment yield analyses.
Holds a Dipl.-Ing Degree in Architecture from Stuttgart University in Germany. She specializes in urban-style multi-family housing appraisals and feasibility studies. Ms. Fitzpatrick has worked as an architect for seven years and has over ten years of experience in the following types of appraisals: existing and proposed apartments/condominiums and conversions, feasibility and land residual analysis, multi-family and commercial land. She is certified as a general real estate appraiser for the State of Washington.
Howard Ruthman graduated from New York University in 1992. He received a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Valuation. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa and received a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance in 1987. Mr. Ruthman has been a State Certified General Appraiser in Arizona, Florida and New York and is currently working on obtaining General Appraiser Certification in Washington. He is currently a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in the State of Washington. Howard Ruthman has appraised a wide range of property types including apartment buildings, vacant land, subdivisions, industrial properties, gas stations, apartments, shopping centers, churches and others.
Alex Skinner is a Trainee Appraiser at O’Connor Consulting Group. Alex joined OCG upon graduation from the University of Washington in October of 2014, where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Geography, with a focus on Geographic Information Systems. He has experience with a wide variety of property types, including apartment buildings, new construction, market studies, and sub-divisions.
Elijah Deremer joined O’Connor Consulting Group after graduating from the University of Washington in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. He has extensive experience providing HUD 221(d)4 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit market studies throughout Washington and Idaho. Other experience includes a variety of valuation and consulting services for land, office, and retail assets. In his free time, he serves in a leadership role with a local housing revitalization non-profit.
Jay McIsaac is 20 year veteran Army officer who’s military background includes a mix of experience with artillery and cyber/electronic warfare with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His youth was spent working for the family business with hand on experience in property management, appraisals, development, and construction. Jay has been with O’Connor Consulting Group since retiring from the Army and his focus is the South Puget Sound Area. He has worked on multiple land, single-family, multi-family, retail, office appraisals and his consulting work includes highest and best use and market analysis feasibility studies.
Mr. McIsaac volunteers on multiple real estate related causes to include a Piece Country Land Use Commission and Bethel School District Facilities Task Force.
Jay is a graduate of Montana State University with a BS in Economics and Webster University with a Master of Arts in Public Administration. He is a state registered real estate appraiser trainee.
Judah joined O’Connor Consulting Group in 2017 as an Associate who focuses on the multi-family market, market studies, regional analysis, demographics, and future-looking trends that may affect commercial real estate.
